Frey is based in Greater China, where he supports investment and post-investment management for local portfolio companies, as well as helping portfolio companies deepen their relationships with local customers and partners.
Professional Journey
Frey brings to Translink a wealth of experience in the Chinese TMT sector. Before joining Translink, Frey worked as an investment banker at the Hina Group, where he focused on private placement and M&A. Previously, he served as a Project Manager at IBM, leading teams to cover Greater China for IT consulting projects. Prior to joining IBM, he worked in the Financial Services Group of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), providing consulting services to top financial companies.
Education
Frey holds an MBA from Peking University, as well as a Master in Software Engineering and a BA in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Beijing Institute of Technology.
Passion
Frey is a PMI-certified Project Manager (PMP). He likes stylish electronic products as well as traveling, singing, and playing sports.
