Professional Journey

Prior to joining Translink, Manabu was Vice President at Saison Ventures, the venture arm for one of the biggest credit card companies in Japan. Prior to Saison Ventures, Manabu was Principal at DOCOMO Capital, the venture arm for NTT Docomo, and was responsible for their investment activities in the United States, such as Swype (ACQ: Nuance Communications), Ness Computing (ACQ: OpenTable), and Arteris (ACQ: Qualcomm).
